Sebelum mendaftar ke website SIHALAL, ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu:
1. Pelaku Usaha sudah memiliki NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha), jika belum dapat mendaftar melalui OSS di www.oss.go.id
2. Pelaku Usaha sudah memiliki Penyelia Halal sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku (Undang-Undang No. 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal)
*Penyelia Halal adalah orang yang bertanggung jawab terhadap Proses Produk Halal (PPH)
Before registering on the SIHALAL website, there are several things that need to be considered, namely:
1. The business operators already have a NIB (Business Identification Number). If not, they can register through the OSS at www.oss.go.id
2. The business operators already have a Halal Supervisor in accordance with the applicable regulations (Law No. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Assurance)
*The Halal Supervisor is the person responsible for the Halal Product Process (PPH)

- Mengakses website https://ptsp.halal.go.id
- Buat akun baru dengan klik create an account yang berada di bawah tombol LOGIN. (jika Anda sudah pernah daftar, silahkan langsung masukkan username dan password Anda, lalu klik login)
- Pada saat membuat akun, pilih tipe user “Pelaku Usaha”
- Setelah itu masukkan Nama, alamat email dan password.
- Login dengan akun yang sudah terdaftar
- Klik “Sertifikasi” kemudian pilih “Pengajuan (Reguler)”
- Klik “Layanan”
- Sesuaikan “nama KBLI..” dengan yang terdaftar pada NIB
- Selanjutnya klik “Daftar” pada kolom “Baru”
- Klik “Edit” untuk pengisian data yang diperlukan
- Pada Kolom LPH, pilih “LPH Global Halal Indonesia”
- Pastikan semua data sudah terisi dan dokumen sudah di upload
- Jika sudah selesai klik “Kirim” untuk melakukan proses
- Access the website https://ptsp.halal.go.id
- Create a new account by clicking on ‘create an account’ located below the LOGIN button. (if you have already registered, please enter your username and password, then click login)
- When creating an account, select the user type as ‘Pelaku Usaha’
- Then enter your Name, email address, and password.
- Login with the registered account
- Click on ‘Sertifikasi’ then select ‘Pengajuan (Reguler)’
- Click on ‘Layanan’
- Match the ‘KBLI name..’ with the one registered in the NIB
- Next, click on ‘Daftar’ in the ‘Baru’ column
- Click on ‘Edit’ to fill in the required data
- In the LPH Column, select ‘LPH Global Halal Indonesia’
- Ensure all data is filled in and documents are uploaded
- Once finished, click on ‘Kirim’ to initiate the process
- Pelaku Usaha melakukan pendaftaran melalui PTSP Halal (https://ptsp.halal.go.id) dan mengupload dokumen pada SiHalal
- BPJPH (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal) akan memeriksa kelengkapan dokumen persyaratan dan produk yang akan diajukan pelaku usaha. Jika sesuai akan dikirim ke LPH Global Halal Indonesia
- LPH Global Halal Indonesia.
- LPH Global Halal Indonesia akan menghitung biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pemeriksaan produk halal. Biaya sendiri terdiri dari Biaya pemeriksaan, biaya pengujian, dan biaya akomodiasi.
- Pelaku Usaha akan melalukan pembayaran atas invoice yang telah terbit
- BPJPH akan memeriksa pembayaran yang dilakukan oleh Pelaku Usaha, jika sesuai BPJPH akan menerbitkan STTD (surat tanda terima pendaftaran), dan prosesnya dikirim ke LPH Global Halal Indonesia
- LPH Global Halal Indonesia akan melakukan pemeriksaan proses produk halal secara langsung ke pelaku usaha dengan metode, wawancara, cek dokumen, dan observasi langsung
- MUI akan melakukan sidang fatwa halal sesuai rekomendasi dari LPH Global Halal Indonesia
- BPJPH akan menerbitkan sertifikat halal hasil dari ketetapan halal MUI, dan Pelaku Usaha dapat mengunduhnya melalui aplikasi PTSP Halal (https://ptsp.halal.go.id).
- Businesses register through PTSP Halal (https://ptsp.halal.go.id) and upload documents to SiHalal.
- BPJPH (Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency) will verify the completeness of document requirements and the products to be submitted by the businesses. If everything is in order, it will be sent to LPH Global Halal Indonesia.
- LPH Global Halal Indonesia will calculate the fees required for halal product inspection. The fees consist of inspection fees, testing fees, and accommodation fees.
- Businesses will make payments for the issued invoice.
- BPJPH will verify the payments made by the businesses. If they are in order, BPJPH will issue the STTD (registration receipt), and the process will be sent to LPH Global Halal Indonesia.
- LPH Global Halal Indonesia will conduct direct inspections of the halal product process with methods such as interviews, document checks, and direct observations.
- MUI (Indonesian Ulema Council) will hold a halal fatwa session according to the recommendations from LPH Global Halal Indonesia.
- BPJPH will issue the halal certificate based on MUI’s halal determination, and the businesses can download it through the PTSP Halal application (https://ptsp.halal.go.id).
